Next year (2002), we will elect a United States Senator and 13 Members of Congress.
How would you like for them to vote on these issues?
1. Vote (yes) to require U. S. Government Departments:
(a) to identify, and make known to the public,
the product they
produce.
(b) to publish the amount of taxpayer
dollars used to produce that
product
(c) to identify, and make known to the
public, the constraint in
producing that product
To produce a product requires a number of
(steps)(operations)(processes)
Operations: A B C D E
Time required : 10 5 15 10 12 > Final Product
Operation "C" is the constraint. Adding personnel or equipment to the other operations wastes taxpayers money. Personnel, equipment, and money should be taken from the other operations and given to "C".
YES NO2. The hierarchical pay structure of all Educational Institutions is seriously flawed. The organizations create layers of management in order to inflate their pay. To correct this flaw, vote (yes) to forbid the giving of any U.S. taxpayer dollars to any educational institution that pays anyone in that organization more than a teacher in that institution is paid.
YES NO3. The "minimum wage" was established to provide a living wage to all workers. It has not functioned very well. Vote to abolish the minimum wage and vote for a law that will requires public corporations to adopt a pay structure such that the highest paid employee cannot be paid more than 10 times the amount paid to the lowest paid employee.
YES NO
4. People around the world need help because of natural disasters
(floods, earthquakes, volcanos,
famine). Vote (yes) to establish an adjunct of the U.S. Army to respond
to these occurrences. People will join this adjunct for one year. When
there are no disasters, the personnel will be
taught the history of the founding of the United States and the ideas
that prevailed at that
founding. All personnel will be taught the English language. Personnel
will also be taught how
to fight to protect the principles upon which this country was founded.
This will provide
idealistic people with an opportunity to serve. It will provide recent
high school graduates with a
year to "discover themselves". It will provide the chronically
unemployed with a way to support
themselves. The next time the U.S. is required to save the world from a
bunch of thugs, these
adjunct trained people will know how to use weapons.
5. Enemy mortar and artillery batteries can mercilessly shell American troops. Vote (yes) to develop a tracking system for in-coming rounds that will immediately identify the location of the enemy battery and direct our artillery where to return fire.

YES NO8. The Muslims are determined to eradicate Israel. Vote (yes) to tell the Muslims that after the next war they start with Israel, Israel's new borders will be where the Merkava's stop.
(The Merkava is Israel's main battle tank. The English translation is "Chariot". The spirit of King David's chariots rides with them into battle)
YES NO9. The economy of the U.S. is threaten by lending institutions loaning money to high-risk borrowers at high rates of interest. The high interest rate further weakens the borrower. Vote (yes) to require that all borrowers be charged the same rate of interest.
YES NO10. The thugs, who call themselves communists, who are running Cuba have caused problems for the U.S. long enough. Vote (yes) to pursue every means to remove the communist from Cuba.
YES NO11. During recent war games, Israeli pilots shot down 50 of our planes for every one we shot down of theirs. Vote (yes) to increase the quality of training of our pilots.

out of America. Many
executives of U.S. companies think it is great business to eliminate

of 50% of their income.
(The people whose jobs were eliminated don't have any income to tax and the government still needs money to function).

Vote (yes) to stop giving money, taken from American waitresses, janitors, and security guards, to Arafat under the guise of "humanitarian aid". The Muslims have plenty of oil money. Iraq is giving money to the family of every one who gets himself killed by attacking Israel.
YES NO19. Some people want to abolish the IRS & have a 23% national sales tax. They say people with low incomes will get a rebate. You cannot determine income without an IRS! Rich people & people living on the borders of Canada & Mexico will be able to avoid all taxes by buying goods & services in foreign countries. The tourist industry will be destroyed - no one will visit the U.S. with a 23% sales tax. We will not be able to finance a major war - there will be few civilian goods to buy during a war. Vote (yes) for a national sales tax and the eliminate of the IRS.
YES NO20. Some people want everyone to pay the same percent income tax. A flat tax could be argued for only if the highest-paid person in a public corporation is paid no more than 5 times what the lowest-paid worker is paid. (Plato recommended 4 times). Vote (yes) for a flat tax without any limitations on the income of the highest-paid people.

YES NO22. If Taiwan is conquered by the communist on mainland China, then South Korea, Japan, and the Philippines will see that the U.S. cannot be depended upon as an ally and they will abandon the U.S. and side with the communist in China. Vote (yes) to sell Taiwan whatever military equipment they want to buy.
YES NO23. Global warming. 25 years ago the scientists were warning that the earth was going into a severe cold phase. Now some of them are saying that we have global warming. Carbon dioxide. Why are the orange groves in Florida being wiped out by severe winters?
YES NO24. National Forests. The Federal Government has removed millions and millions of acres of timber land from the tax rolls of local governments. A Communist and National Socialist Democrat cliche is "the people own the land". Try selling the part you own. Only private owners use land to produce wealth. The relationship between two jobs that was established by the Wage & Salary Analyst yesterday, is destroyed by the percent raise given today. Every employee must be given the same amount of money in order to maintain the relationship between jobs. Vote (yes) to forbid the U.S. government from giving percent raises to its employees.

Vote (yes) to abolish this system and establish a system whereby the U.S. Congress decides how much, if anything, the American janitors, waitresses, and security guards will give to the U.N. Other people in the world should not decide how much of our money we should give to them. The U.N. will be required to adjust to the amount of money we give.
