Emergency Relief Force

1. The Emergency Relief Force (ERF) will be an adjunct of the U.S. Army's G-5 Section to provide help to the people of the world who are victims of various catastrophes.

2. This force will be the sole provider of U.S. government aid. We will not give money to anyone. If the people need a road, the Army Corps of Engineers will build the road. We will not give them the money to build the road. Money will not be given to the U.N. for them to turn around and give to other people. When there are refugees from natural disasters or wars, the ERF will go in and step up tents and provide food. After any war, G-5 will create a constitutional republic and teach the people how to live in a representative government.

3. Physically fit people of any age will be allowed to volunteer for a 1 year tour of duty. Youngsters who want to do something before they go to college. Retired people who want to continue using their expertise. People who want to service their fellow humans.

4. Tents will be erected for the people to live in. Mess tents will be erected to provide the people with physical food. Church tents will be erected to provide the people with spiritual food. Christian organizations will be encouraged to set up schools. Christian missionaries will be invited in. ERF farmers will began planting crops. ERF politicians will set up the election processes. ERF Constitional scholars will conduct seminars on how to set up a representative republic. The citizens will be educated about a Bill of Rights.

5. This force will always be accompanied by U.S. Army tanks, armored personnel carriers, attack helicopters, infantry, and K-9 Corps. Anyone who tries to prevent the needy people from seeking physical or spiritual help will be dealt with most severly. The trucks carrying aid will not be hijacked and they will not pay tariffs.

6. If another country requests our help, we wil be glad to provide it. But that nation will not be able to tell us how to live. We will establish churches. We will let our women drive vehicles. We will walk around with our Bibles and talk to the locals about the future of their soul.
