#1. The number-one Psychosis of Homo Sapiens is the idea/belief/delusion that Yeshua HaMashiach did not create the universe. (1) This universe exists on its own. (2) All of the amazing animals in this world came into existence as the results of chance. (3) All of these animals just happened to arrive at perfection at this point in time. (4) The dog just happened to come into existence with such an awesome gene pool that humans could breed out a Chihuahua, a Bulldog. a Cocker Spaniel, a Beagle, etc. Or, do modern pagans think evolution created these dogs?
#2. The number-two Psychosis of Homo Sapiens is the idea/belief/delusion that you are smarter (have a higher IQ, have more knowledge) that the people who are “below” you in the organization - and also any of your customers/clients/voters.
Your IQ did not increase when you were promoted/elected to the position you have in the organization. You are also not one inch taller. Your knowledge did not increase when you were promoted/elected to the position you have in the organization.
Occasionally, a person is able to avoid this psychosis. Andrew Carnegie said he wanted on his tombstone the inscription: “Here lies a man who was smart enough to hire people who were smarter than he was”.
That does not happen often. Most of the time you hire people who are not smarter than you and the “cult of mediocrity” prevails. One of Dr. Drucker’s “Peter Principles”: people are promoted to their level of incompetency.
