Driver’s License Written Test

The written test for a driver’s license will be constructed using the principles of Behavioral Science.  These scientists have discovered many of the principles of learning.

The test will cover every Georgia traffic law, and the principles of Anticipatory Driving that many driving instructors have discovered.   The test will contain around 200 questions (as I recall).  Many of the questions will be diagrams of driving situations.  The testee will be able to obtain a copy the questions on the test at any time before taking the test.   Each question will be about a law or a safe-driving principle - therefore to get a driver’s license you must answer every question correctly.  New drivers can study for 15 years before taking the test.  Old drivers will have as much as 5 years to study before taking  the test.

It will be an “awesome” test and drivers will have a sense of pride because they know so much about driving.  I was explaining some of the traffic laws to a teenager who had a driver’s license - his response was that he could drive from point “A” to point “B” without knowing the laws I was discussing.

We will follow the principles of learning.  We tell you what you are to know, and then we will test you to see if you have learned what you were told that you must know.
