Any printer that does this will be required to pay the county $10,000 and the state $10,000. The county attorney will take possession of the plates and turn them over to the person that the plates were made to do work for. |

Photographers. They cannot keep the negatives that you paid for. They cannot keep any copies of your photographs. Any photographer that does this will be required to pay the county $10,000 and the state $10,000. The county attorney will take possession of the negatives/photographs, and the money, and turn them over to the three parties. |

Institutions cannot loan money to people who have no source of income to repay the loan. Or, they cannot take your house to pay for any work that they did on your property. |

Businesses cannot charge a higher price than the quote. Any business that does this will be required to pay the county $10,000, the state $10,000, and to pay the customer 3 times the difference between the quoted price and the price the customer paid. The county attorney will take possession of all money and give the customer and state the money due them. |
